F-5E/F Tiger II is a light supersonic single seat jet fighter, belonging to the second generation of jet fighters developed in the late 50s. F-5 was a product of Northrop Corporation and is still in use in some Air Forces around the world including the US. NASA uses T-38 – the twin seater variant of the F-5 for extensive research and testing.
F-5E is an advanced version of the plane, developed to cover the demands for more modern radar capabilities and improved air to air performance. It featured more powerful engines compared to the original F-5, as well as other improvements, hence the name Tiger II. Later on, F-5E was developed into even more sophisticated and modern option – F-20 Tigershark, which unfortunately never entered mass production.
Rhino Red Prints drawings are vector file bundles designed to serve the basic needs of various sectors. 3D designers, Publishers, Decal Makers, RC and Plastic Model Makers often need profile or top views and even sometimes combination of those, featuring different aircraft. Such drawings take time and effort to be completed. Red Rhino Prints drawings are made to be very close to reality, but does not represent absolutely accurate blueprints of the vehicles depicted. The blueprints in the form of file bundle are in 48th scale and are close to reality, but there might be discrepancies with the real vehicles depicted.
