Hawker Siddeley Harrier was the first generation of Harrier Jump Jets, produced in UK and designed to be used as Ground Attack and Reconnaissance fighter jet. It was the pioneer in the V/STOL – vertical/short takeoff and landing – technology, being the first and the only mass produced aircraft of the concept type. Hawker Siddeley Harrier was used by Royal Air Force, US Marine Corps, Spanish NAVY, Indian NAVY and Thai NAVY.
It was used extensively up until the introduction of the second generation Harrier, which was a combined effort between McDonell Douglas and British Aerospace Industries. It was an improved version of the aircraft, featuring improved cockpit, wings, landing gear and electronics. First Generation Harriers were used between the 1969 and 2006. Despite suffering some losses during its career, Hawker Siddeley Harrier is considered as a major success in aviation history.
Rhino Red Prints drawings are vector file bundles designed to serve the basic needs of various sectors. 3D designers, Publishers, Decal Makers, RC and Plastic Model Makers often need profile or top views and even sometimes combination of those, featuring different aircraft. Such drawings take time and effort to be completed. Red Rhino Prints drawings are made to be very close to reality, but does not represent absolutely accurate blueprints of the vehicles depicted. The blueprints in the form of file bundle are in 48th scale and are close to reality, but there might be discrepancies with the real vehicles depicted.
