MV-22 Osprey is a short-take-off/vertical landing aircraft conceptually different than anything else in use today. Osprey’s concept is of a hybrid aircraft, with large rotors, that are rotating with a complex system embedded in the nacelle and the wing, that help the rotorcraft/aircraft take off/land vertically. When positioned for level flight, rotor’s diameter prevents the usage of the aircraft on the ground, thus such flight is possible only at altitude.
Osprey never gained much popularity and is used only by couple of countries, however its design is remarkable. Bell and Boeing’s development of the subject is unclear, but it is considered that Osprey is probably the first of a line of similar aircraft that will be used in the near future, combining the strong sides of both helicopters and airplanes in one vehicle. This however is costly venture and the future of the aircraft and its derivatives is not certain.
Rhino Red Prints drawings are vector file bundles designed to serve the basic needs of various sectors. 3D designers, Publishers, Decal Makers, RC and Plastic Model Makers often need profile or top views and even sometimes combination of those, featuring different aircraft. Such drawings take time and effort to be completed. Red Rhino Prints drawings are made to be very close to reality, but does not represent absolutely accurate blueprints of the vehicles depicted. The blueprints in the form of file bundle are in 48th scale and are close to reality, but there might be discrepancies with the real vehicles depicted.
