Arado 196 was a shipboard reconnaissance monoplane built by Arado company in the second half of the 1930s in Germany. It featured BMW single engine with 947hp and dual crew – a pilot and an observer. The plane was loved and respected by its pilots due to its handling characteristics and docile behavior. It was such both on water and in the air. Due to that and many other benefits of the design, Arado 196 remained in service even after the end of the Second World War in the hands of some of the winning forces.
Arado 196 was produced in several variations, the one depicted on the vector drawings here being the A-3. In the real World only a few Arado Ar 196 remain and are spread around the globe. Half of those are in museums, other half are kept as remains or are partially recovered. It is considered as one of the most interesting airplanes of the Second World War due to its scarcity.
Rhino Red Prints drawings are vector file bundles designed to serve the basic needs of various sectors. 3D designers, Publishers, Decal Makers, RC and Plastic Model Makers often need profile or top views and even sometimes combination of those, featuring different aircraft. Such drawings take time and effort to be completed. Red Rhino Prints drawings are made to be very close to reality, but does not represent absolutely accurate blueprints of the vehicles depicted. The blueprints in the form of file bundle are in 48th scale and are close to reality, but there might be discrepancies with the real vehicles depicted.
